Row wasn’t as bad as expected - I think 3:57 on rower
T2B were steady - started with 6, then sets of 5s, then 3s, then 2s, then quick singles to finish
WBs for once were not bad - did 15, 12, 13, felt strong
PCs felt heavy and took forever - all singles, couldn’t muster any TnG
First MU fail- pull was so fatigued, then got 1
Good workout!
