Row repeats week 1

Back home and hoping to adjust back to my training schedule soon, still feeling a bit off from road trip, sleep and food being off.

A. EMOM 24 mins:
5 CTBS
5 HSPUs - kipping getting much better and faster
3 rebounding box jumps 24"

B. BB NG High Pulls - 3 sets of 55#x10

Row 500m at 2:09 pace x 4 sets, rest 2:30 between sets

then rest 6 mins after 4th set and repeat

Difficult to hold a 2:09 pace, my body naturally wants to be either at 2:05 or 2:15.




Out of Town Training


Out of town visiting family in Iowa, luckily there was a gym nearby that we could workout at that had some crossfit equipment.

Hamstrings were really tight and I felt pretty sluggish from all the travel so my goal was to really just move.

C. Wtd Chin ups 2-3 reps - they didn't have a belt and it was akward with a DB between the knees so I kept it light - 15#x3, 20x3, then did 2 sets of CTBs 7#x3

Stomach was too full for any real conditioning so I did 2 sets of lactate work.
