A. Front Squat - 90%x1x5
B. Snatch - heavy single
C. Clean & Jerk - heavy single
D. Snatch Pull - 100% of snatch x3x3

Hero Wod - Josh:
21 OHS (95/65)
42 Pull ups
15 OHS
30 Pull ups
9 OHS
18 Pull ups


Results:
AM:
A. used 155
B. got 95 as a squat snatch and 100 as a PS, no problem pulling bar high just not commiting to dropping under
C. 145 C&J PR, hit 150 on the clean for 3 attempts solid and was close to having 150 overhead but did not drop under enough on the jerk

PM:

D. used 100# for Snatch Pull

all OHS unbroken, which is a huge deal for me as I used to loathe OHSs and then I butterflied all pull ups in quick amrap sets - butterfly needs some detail work

Syke , this is not me doing the workout, but Annie Sakamoto kicking butt.

First set of OHS and some pullups
