15 min KBS/Burpee AMRAP

as many rounds in 15 min:
15 KBS - 1pd
15 burpees
 
Results:
 
10 rnds +15 kbs + 4 burpees
 
really focused on constant movement and not chalking hands for bell, pace was fast, slow, faster at end, physically do-able workout but a mental challenge to keep moving
