Through the rest of the OPEN I am going to be doing some of my own strength programming and touching in on conditioning pieces either from OPT or Competitors Wod.
I still feel 'off' from yesterday evening training - discovered that I am very dehydrated in general. So a major goal for today was just to move and rehydrate.

I wanted to do some conditioning that was around 3-5 min time domain that had DUs (since I missed WBs and DUs yesterday on Being and did something longer). So, OPT Function -
