A. FS @20X1; 5,3,1,1,1; rest 2-3 min Just did the 1,1,1 - 45# bar - 155, 165, 170
B. Emom 8 min – HC x 2 (from blocks, bar at mid thigh, inc. load per set) did low hang - 85, 95, 100 - form still feeling off here - could have done more weight but would have been muscling it
C. For 6 sets – every 90 sec – 5 Tng squat clean (50%), 5 chin ups, 5 burpees
Used 85# for Clean, All sets UB

400m run
10 S2OH (95#) changed to 5 Log Hang Clean & Press 65#
10 CTB chin ups
10 wall balls (16#)
rest walk 90 sec
4:42 - UB CTBs, never put WB down but not what I call UB, Log was 3+2
4:20 - UB CTBs and Log clean + Press, WBs held as in Rnd 1
4:08 - all movements UB
*used a wider pronated grip on all CTBs
I love the Log!!
