Upper body strength & DT intervals

Just made up some stuff

Wanted to do some upper body strength work

A1. tried to do Wtd. CTBs wide pronated grip as cluster 1.1.1 (this has gotten worst) used 9# only got 2 reps, went to 5 only got 1-2 reps, so changed entirely - Did 5x5 wide pronated grip on the Gravitron with extension at the top, used 40#, could not keep form with 30# assist
A2. Wtd Dips 3 repsx5 - 9#, 10, 15, 18, 18

B. Bench Press (3010) 7-9x3 sets, rest 90 secs - have not BP in so long so went conservative - 65x9, 75x9, 85x9

4 rounds of DT as intervals: Equal rest:work ratio
12 Deadlifts
9 HPC
6 Jerks
95#
used Men's bar which sucked for HPCs
Rnd 1 - 1 min - did 11 DLs, drop then 1 DL into 8 HPCs, then 1 Clean into 6 Jerks
Rnd 2 - 1 min - same
Rnd 3 - 1:22 - did 11 DLs, drop then 1 DL into 7 HPC (grip was limiter on bar), then 1 clean into 1 HPCs and 6 Jerks
Rnd 4 - 1:25 - same I think?
