Woke up feeling overheated and dehydrated - decided to train anyway and felt that way during AMRAPs. Opened door to get some fresh airflow at gym. Drinking lots of water rest of the day.
A.    EMOM Clean & Jerk- 60%x2+1, 65%x2+1x2, 70%x2+1x3 trust in the latest positioning practice in the clean, focus a strong jerk!

Rowing was the most challenging - felt like I couldn’t breathe well today. First round probably a bit too hot and was 90%. This amrap made me feel like I was totally out of shape - hopefully because I am dehydrated and feeling off since yesterday.
