26 rounds plus 5 burpees
On the road today driving to Iowa from NC to visit family, and found a
nice shady spot at a rest stop overlooking a corn field, luckily have
my 1 pood with me. Knees have been stiff since sunday but doing a bit
better today, think the burpees helped work out the stiffness.
