B. 7 reps but they were really shallow - a true test would have been 2 or 3 reps at full depth I am guessing
Dug really deep into CNS on the backsquat and was fried mentally so no Grace test today.
210#, didn't feel heavy on my back but I was fighting for depth. Don't have video of 205# but that had better depth.
