Modified a bit

A. Snatch - 60%x3, 65%x3, 70%x2, 75%x2, 80% 1x3
B. Clean + Jerk -60% 1+1, 65% 1+1, 70% 1+1, 80% 1+1

3-5 Muscle ups
5 GHD
5 Hip extensions
Handstand walk practice
25 Double Unders

+

Practice with reverse ball toss for distance

Results:
A. 65, 70, 75, 80, 85
B. 90, 100, 105, 120 - Jerk feeling more solid
Best throw was about 21-22 feet

Muscle ups were 3, 3+2, 4, 4, 2+2
Handstand walks getting better - feel more confident to kick up and hold in mid air
