Week 4, day 5 - Snatch PR!

July 6

A. Snatch - heavy single
B. Clean & Jerk - heavy single
C. Clean Pull - 105% of clean x3x3
D. Backsquat - 70% x2x5

CF for Hope Wod

Results:

A. 105#, PR by 10# - hit both 100 and 105 on first attempts - had 110 overhead 2 or 3 times and failed to commit at the bottom
B. 135#, lost 140 behind me on the Jerk - got too tired from the snatch PR I think
C. 160# all sets
D. 140 all sets
