A. Front Squat - 90%x2x3
B. Snatch - 75%x2, 80%x2, 85%x1x3, 80%x1
C. Jerk - 75%x2, 80%x2, 85%x1x3
D. Snatch Pull - 100% of snatch x3x2, 105%x2x2

Add in conditioning of choice

10 min Amrap:

8 K2E
6 DB Push Press
4 Pull ups (could be CTBs)
2 Burpees

Results:
A. used 155
B. 75#, 80, 85, 80
C. 110, 115, 125
D. all snatch pulls at 105

+

10 min amrap slightly modified - did 4 Sumo DL high pulls instead of pull ups and K2E on the rings to give the hands a break from a bar. used 25# DBs - I think 9 rounds
