Heavy Thrusters and Running

1.    Metcon

21 Thrusters, 135/95
800m Run
15 Thrusters, 135/95
400m Run
9 Thrusters, 135/95
200m Run
11:48 - Thrusters felt much more difficult than usual - I think due to the insane amount of FS and Jerks I did on saturday - had no hip pop and my left wrist was irritated.
2. Clean and Jerk
1 Squat Clean + 2 Jerks
Decided instead to Snatch:
3 Position Snatch - 60%,65%, 70% x 4 sets - 65,70, 75#

3.  Oly Pause Squats
7 x 2 High Bar Back Squat - 3 second pause at the bottom of each rep.
 no time - off to work on my kitchen remodel
