I felt good today and wanted to workout instead of rest with comp wod. I decided to do one of the wods for the comp in Nov since I need to backsquat a bit also.

25 Backsquats - 115
10 min timecap - racks allowed

obviously our rope is a bit shorter - about 12'
did the squats as - 15/10 and 10/7/8
