Acro Yoga training: WLC wod + HSPUs + DB Snatch/Sprint

Out of town for the weekend doing an AcroYoga and Thai massage training so did what I could.
Did 2 hours of Acro Yoga on friday night, then 3 hours of Therapeutic thai massage and flying on sat and sun.

A1.    Snatch (from below knee)        3x5 (moderate-heavy)
        Rest as needed between sets
A2.    Snatch (from the hip)            5x3 (moderate-heavy)
        Rest as needed

B.    10 MIN AMRAP
Jan 11 
Did Whole Life Challenge wod at 85% in place of this amrap.
11 min amrap:
700m
75 airsquats
50 sit ups
25 push ups
Amrap burpee a in remaining time
Got to 30 Burpees
slippery wet pavement

A. Deadlift (2010)            x 5 RM did not get to


B. HSPU                7 x 6-7   
                    Rest 30 seconds
7,7,6,4,5,3,3 - just no realized I did this every 30 secs, not rest 30 secs between sets, hum? So it was more like about 15 secs rest instead.


Total 35+ 5 for fun at end
Did part C before B which could have affected this


C. 7 Rounds   
    DB Snatch x 6 40-45#
    Sprint    40 meters x2
    Rest 3 minutes
31s,31,30, 27, 26, 26, 25- had to do 20m shuttle turn around - 45# DB
