Run x 200 meters
17:22, subbed row for run, hard but fun
WBs were all UB, snatch all singles (had 1 miss early on round 1 then no other misses), felt better as I went, Row felt hard (around 2:15-2:20 pace)
Traveling the next 2 days to TX for holiday
