A. Establish a 3RM Front Squat - 170x3, PR!
B. Emom 6 stones to shoulder x 4 , 2/side (heavy:aim= 80#)
Complete with 80# - took about 15-13 secs each time, no misses
C. 10 min amrap:
8 x hang squat clean 95#
8 x burpee over the bar
8 x ring dip
35 x double unders
3 rounds + 10 reps, lost time in first round with DUs had like 5 trips! After that DUs UB. HSC were 8 then 4/4,
Dips were 8 then 4/4
Breathing was limiter on this one
