125, these felt good


B.  Muscle Ups    x no more than 2 attempts to establish a ME UB set

Triceps were sore from jerks yesterday and today so felt like I could have done more if fresh


C. EMOM 10 min
EVEN: Axle Walk Lunge x 10 (70-80#? should be UB)
     ODD:     Axle Push Jerk     x 10
