So I interpreted this incorrectly:
I ended up doing:
Sandbag Shuttle run 40m x 2 (switched shoulders) with the 50# bag I think?
3 x Bar Muscle up
6 x Push ups
2 x box crawl over
got 10 rounds + 40 m run - really fun amrap!

Went to bouldering gym with a great crew and bouldered several problems at my max - fun!
