Trained with Kate today and did Integrity's wod:
18 min AMRAP:
7 Shoulder to Overhead (105)
15 Pull ups
35 Double Unders
Results:
6 rounds + 7 SOH + 15 Pull ups
Did the SOH in sets of 4/3, Pull ups were 10/5, then sets of 8/7, very last set of pull ups 15 UB trying to beat the clock. Thought about scaling the SOH but I am glad I stuck with the 105.
