MU/DL tester, Snatch Drills

    Deadlift 225#
    Muscle Up
5:01- DLs UB!! Wow Deads felt great. Missed 2 MUs total. First set of 5 was UB.


B.    Snatch Drills
    Tall Snatch x 5-7 minutes with ~40% (keep feet in same place)
