5 HSPUs - adjust as needed for what you need work on - kip?, parallete eccentrics?, parallete hspu?
Results:
A1. I am deloading this week due to my hamstrings, so instead I did a Deadlift 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 - 155x5, 175x4, 195x3, 205x2, 215x1 - all felt good
A2. 55, 60, 65, 70 allx5, 75x4 ekk!
B. 105, 110, 115, 120 all x3

did kipping HSPUs and focused on tucking knees and I actually discovered that a slightly more narrow hand placement is easier for me.
