BTN PJ, Clean Triple off low Blocks (PR)

A.    BTN Push Jerk  x Establish a challenging Triple as long as elbows are extending at same time feet are catching; the focus here is on dip and drive tempo!  (if feeling uncomfortable re-racking on neck, then just do one at a time)

    x Clean Triple (not TnG; from low blocks)

C.    1-arm DB Overhead Carry x 50# using ROM testing
    L: 100. 40.40  - shortened      R:80.60.40.40 - shortened
D.    Elbowing Row x 40# Using ROM testing
20 reps both arms - no shortening
