Did Tall snatch warm up and a lot of warm up reps with 55# and 65# and felt great. I think I should make that a pretty standard warm up.

Shortened after first 3 sets, then did not shorten so I complete 6 total setsDecided to do some Upper Body work later.
Did about 18 min EMOM:
1st: 3 strict CTB pull ups
2nd: 4 Strict Ring dips
