B.    Clean & Jerk                 Build to a heavy, *if feeling good, go for max   

Did not do A & B - back and R hip irritated and ROM short       

C.    30 Minutes Light Intensity
    Burpee Over Tall Jerk Block x 1 Minute
    Muscle Up x 2-3
    Row 3 mins
    Knees to Elbows x 30 Seconds
    Done
