A. BS with chains - 115/135/140/145/150/155 - really forcing myself to get deep as possible over load
B. 90, 90, 95 - attempted 100 twice and failed to catch, mentally I could not focus in gym today

Felt off today for some reason, I think I did not get enough calories or protein yesterday. I have to be careful of doing that to myself on rest days.
