OPT Being Jan 8

A. Strict press clusters 2.2.2.2x5; rest 20 seconds/rest 2:30
 
B. HSPU; accumulate AMRAP sets of 3 unbroken in 8 min

Results:

A. Press - 65#/70/75/80/80 - felt better than last week

B. HSPUs 8 min Amrap - got 14 sets of 3 UB, no fails and kipped them all to get more practice on the skill of the hspu

all movements UB, took short breathers before the OHS to regain control of shoulders, successfully butterfly-ed the pull ups on this one and did not lose the rhythm
