B. 12 muscle ups for time x4; rest 4 min

Results:
B. Muscles ups - very happy to have completed these MUs, the most I had ever done in 1 day was 30
1st set - 5, 2,2,2,1 time 2:16
2nd set - 5, 3,2,2 time 2:24
3rd set - 4, 3,2,1,1,1 time 3:00
4th set - 2, then rest were singles - my timer did not start! but it took quite a while to finish them off as singles
Had 3 misses total due to fatigue, no rips!
