Snatch/MUs + Heavy DLs, High BJs, T2B

OPT Being Dec 19 completed Dec 20

A. Squat snatch; 2 reps x10 sets @50-70% 1rm; rest 45 seconds bw sets
- let high speed and perfect mechanics dictate load
B. 2 muscle ups on the minute for 10 min
+
10 min AMRAP:
3 deadlift 275/185
5 box jumps 36/30
10 toes to bar

Results:

A. Squat snatch completed with 65#
B. Muscle ups on min for 10 mins completed, the dip was challenging after the wtd dips yesterday

Plus 10 min amrap
Completed with 185# DL and 30 " box
7 rnds + 3 DL, was not confident to rebound off floor on box jumps so I paused at top and floor.
