Push Jerk + 12 min AMRAP

A. Push jerk 10, 10, 8, 8; rest 2 min
B. Bench press; build to a 5RM
+
12 min amrap:
10 hand release push ups
10 box jumps 24/20"
10 push press 95/65#
30 double unders


Results:

A. Push Jerk - 85#x10, 90x10, 95x8, 100x8
B. skipped due to being alone in the gym and wanted a spotter, will do tomorrow or thurs
+
12 min AMRAP
6 rnds + 20 reps
Push press was mental & physical limiter, put the bar down once
