Results:
A. BS with 20# of chains total - 125#x4, 135x4, 145x4, 150x4 (got rep scheme wrong here), 155x2, again 155x2 trying to get deeper in squat. I used less chain than last week.
B. Squat Snatch off blocks below knee - 80, 85, 90

4:06 all UB, I think I was muscle cleaning all the PCs so was fast, only burning I felt was on the lateral hop over bar in my hips and some in the lungs around round 3
