DLs UB and felt great but I have no endurance for hspus, first set 11 strict then the rest kipping broken up in short sets.
I think I am kipping but based on video it doesn't hook like it, mainly I am bending my knees and then strict pressing. Have to get better at coordinating the hspu kip!!!
